For the error where the powerbank light is flashing but the powerbank isn’t charging, based on my experience of trying several methods in the past, the best option I would recommend is to purchase a new product. However, make sure the powerbank you buy is from a reputable brand. Otherwise, you won’t get good performance from the product and will face higher costs. - Avoid charging another device while charging the powerbank or trying to charge from the powerbank.
Powerbank Light is Flashing
Don’t be misled by the flashing light. This light is usually an indicator showing that power is coming through. Voltage is coming from the adapter, but there may not be a warning light for the rest. This is the case in most devices.
If the powerbank light is flashing, it indicates that there is no short circuit in the device. At least here, we can assume a healthy result.

If the Powerbank Light is Flashing But Not Charging
